Postgraduate MBA Level 7-8 in Project Management develops your knowledge and skills to advance to Top Project Management and to complete a World-Ranked MBA recognized internationally and by SAQA. See Graduation

The Course is both Global and Local, focusing on the cutting-edge expertise and practical skills to succeed in the fast-changing digital 21st century in your country and internationally.

The Course counts 120 credits towards an MBA, which may be completed by Top-up Dissertation for the final 60 credits in +/- 6 months.

Entry Criteria are Level 6 or equivalent with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Duration is 12-18 months depending on progress.

The Course Fees are Affordable and include student membership of the Institute of Directors (IOD), a passport to global leadership and business opportunities.

MODULES

The Course is made up of 6 interactive Modules and assignments, with approximately 40 guided learning hours per module.

All Modules have user-friendly learning materials, 24/7 tutoring, exercises, readings, internet resources and other support.

A Certificate is issued for each Module with a Postgraduate MBA Level Diploma on completion of the full course.

Principles of Project Management covers the foundational principles for successful project outcomes. Learners grasp the significance of the project lifecycle and its role in navigating project progression through gateways. You will explore project planning, scope, execution and control, stakeholder management, risk assessment, time and cost control, change management, reflective practices, quality and communication management.

Planning, Controlling and Leading a Project covers project development and management realities and challenges in an international business setting. The aim is to promote critical thinking about project management as intricate, cultural systems built on constantly changing processes because of the work of highly effective teams.  You will learn about efficient and effective project management roles and responsibilities, success factors, planning, leading, monitoring and control.

Operations and Information Management systems are vital for project success, informed decision-making and streamlined processes. Operations management involves overseeing processes, people and technologies to optimize production, services, and resource allocation for efficiency and cost reduction. Information management involves collecting, storing, analyzing and disseminating data, enabling informed decision-making and seamless communication across teams. These disciplines are pivotal in streamlining workflows, mitigating risks, maximizing resource utilization, and ensuring successful project and business operations outcomes.

Operations and Global Supply Chain Management are pivotal in driving sustained profitability, fostering performance excellence and securing competitive advantages for businesses. This discipline encompasses operations management and strategy, enabling managers to steer, and oversee the delivery of products and services. It emphasizes establishing efficient processes, robust supply and distribution networks, integrating resources, technology, and human perspectives.
